Cairo is:
1. Dusty
2. Crowded
3. Chaotic
4. Full of friendly people
5. Inexpensive
6. A place where you'll get diarrhea no matter how careful you are
7. A place where you'll awaken at 4:30 every morning because of the thousands of loudspeakers blaring the call to prayer
8. Utterly worth visiting
9. The fresh produce is excellent
10. Huge population, very low wages ($2.00 per day), reliable electricity and oil supplies, close proximity to the EU: why aren't people building factories there?
